Back to where I came from.
The last week at Utah State was quite uneventful considering everyone else was in class while I was in my dorm. But at night was always fun! Gray came to visit last weekend....we went to Crystal Hot Springs with John and Lizzy. Kinda sketch, but fun nonetheless.
I mainly sat around my dorm. But I did go to Texas Road House with my roommates and a few friends. Let's just say. Best burger I've had in my entire life. We also went to Angie's for a going away dinner with another big group of friends. I wanted to 'clean the sink' before I went home. 'Cleaning the sink' is much more fun then it sounds. A sink chuck full of ice cream and three toppings. Not to mention topped with whip cream, a cherry, and four bananas. If you completely clean
the sink you are rewarded with a bumper sticker saying, "I cleaned the sink at Angie's". I don't think any of us could really move after we finished. But it was definitely worth the bulging stomach for the night. Later that night all of the East High kids (some were in town) went swimming. Lets just say it was definitely one of the highlights of my week! We ruled the triple stacker. Thank you Bell. Then we ended up just hanging out after and talking. All in all it was a good night. Rachel and I went to go and watch the True Aggie Night. This is a tradition at USU. Each full moon you can kiss someone who is already a True Aggie on top of the A. You then become a True Aggie. But on homecoming night and A day two non-true aggie's can kiss and both become True Aggies. It's quite the sight to see. Kids lined up to kiss but it was the most entertaining thing that happened that day! I'll miss all of my friends at USU.But I'm sure I'll see them soon! As for now I'll work and make money for beauty school.

I'm 18. I still watch Spongebob Square Pants. I should NOT be making life decisions.
See ya later USU...Today I decided to withdrawal from Utah State. I am on my way to beauty school instead. I didn't feel like I was supposed to be here. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love the campus, my roommate Ani and all of my new/old friends. I love the social aspect of USU and I'm doing great in all of my classes, so school isn't hard. But it just doesn't feel right. I had to make my decision very last minute in order to get any money back. So after talking with my parents we decided I needed to do what made me happy. I went through the annoying process of withdrawing from school and am currently at USU doing nothing. Luckily I feel completely calm and I feel like this is going to be great for me! I will be attending Paul Mitchell Beauty School in SLC. Although I can't say I'm extremely excited to move back because the freedom here ROCKS. But you have to do what is important to you and not let any other reason influence you. When people said it's time to grow up and make your own decisions I never took that seriously. But today was one of the biggest slaps in the face. I grew up. I made one of the biggest decisions I may ever make in my life. Who knows if this is right, I think it is and I feel it is. I hope it is.
See ya later USU.
I'll be back to visit.
And to those who have made my life just a little better at USU, thanks. I couldn't have gone through these 5 weeks without you

Weekends and Monday Mornings
This past weekend I climbed trees (which is illegal here), made fools look up, went to the football game against Idaho State, went to a wicked dance party, ate a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, figured out the bus system, went "downtown" with a few roommates, did four hours of laundry, and finally met my neighbors. All in all this weekend seemed to be pretty productive.
On Friday, Ondy, Stacy, Sam, Lynsey and I decided we needed something to do...so we tied floss to paper, climbed the tree and hung a paper that said, "Look up, fool." We went back inside the dorms and watched from the warmth of the staircase. We found this to be quite hilarious. People would walk past and try to grab the note, some would even begin to climb the tree to see what was up in the tree. Little did they know nothing was actually up there...
Heh heh heh!
On Saturday I went to the football game against Idaho State with Lizzy and Heidi. We won. But I can't say I've ever
been and avid supporter of football. Meaning we left before 3rd quarter had ended. Lizzy and I went and got pints of Ben and Jerry's we each finished our own. Then we went to a blacklight dance party.
Earlier Saturday we went downtown to shop, come to find out there is not much shopping to do in Logan. It was really nice to sit down and actually get to know a few roommates. I found out what they like, their talents, and so much more. I definitely got lucky with
my roommates! I like each one of them.
On Sunday I did laundry with Chelsea for 3 hours. We sat in the laundry room and did homework. And we found out that the washers produce way too many suds.
And on Monday I woke up for my 10:30 class walked across campus and sat down in a seat. Come to find out my class doesn't actually start until 11:30. So I sat in on half a class on Acid Based Chemistry class. Let's just say I know what class never to take.

Stairwells
2:16 am...
I decided I officially hate having my dorm next to the stairwell. Kids think it's the 'cool' place to hang out at. Talking and screaming till the wee hours of the night. Guess who is gonna betch slap someone real soon? Yup, you guessed it. Me.

Home sweet home
Home for Labor Day weekend! It's weird to be home because I feel like my 15x6 dorm room should now be what I consider home. But now that I am actually home I realized what I miss most.
In no specific order...
1. Golden Oreos
2. My parents
3. My friends, Gray, Mark, and Mary
4. My silent brother and creative sister
and...
5. All my guilty weakness MTV shows.
Feels good to be home!
